Plan a visit against the job
Use Schedule visit for the work you intend to attend. The calendar shows visits, helping you see planned work in its date context. Open the associated job to review its address, client details, previous notes and the evidence you need before attending.
Keep reminders distinct from bookings
Use Add reminder for a task or follow-up that needs attention. A reminder is not a calendar visit. Pending reminders can be managed with Snooze and Done, while linked visit reminders stay connected to the booking that created them. This keeps tasks and attendance plans understandable.
Follow up a finding or return for a re-test
Use a return or re-test job when the next attendance needs its own work record. Keep it under the existing site so the earlier job and its documents remain available. Plan the visit, then record the new findings in the job you are actually attending.
Work with regional dates and time zones
Choose the appropriate regional settings and time zone for your business and scheduling. OrbiField supports international address and date settings for field records, while the public plan prices are shown in Australian dollars.
