Can I sign up or pay for a plan now?

Public sign-up and subscription checkout are not open. The plans on this page are proposed launch options. No plan is selected, activated or charged from this website.

How do I log in?

Choose Log in to open the app and use your existing account credentials. Your workspace, jobs and records stay in the same app. Registration for new accounts is currently unavailable.

What does field asset management include?

Keep asset references, types, locations, results, notes and pictures connected to site jobs. Add records individually or in batches, organise assets and pictures, place assets on As Built plans, and create reports for inspections, maintenance and return visits.

What can I do without an internet connection?

OrbiField can keep working with job records and files already available on the device. Local changes wait to sync when you reconnect. Sign-in, fetching records not yet stored locally and syncing require a connection. Check that the records you need are available before heading offline.

Can I bring in jobs from Uptick?

OrbiField supports manual CSV import and an optional manual Uptick connection for the currently supported contractor portal. Availability depends on your portal access. Automated imports and support for other Uptick tenants are not offered as a general integration.

Does OrbiField create invoices for my customers?

OrbiField creates job documents and PDF reports. Customer invoicing and accounting are not currently included. Subscription invoices will relate to your OrbiField plan when paid billing launches; they are separate from invoices you send to your customers.

Why does the app still say FieldBook?

OrbiField is the product’s new website identity at orbifield.com. The existing FieldBook app keeps its current name and sign-in at fieldbook.100orbits.com. Use your usual account to access your workspace.

Are the jobs and pictures on this page real customer data?

No. Every product screenshot uses isolated synthetic examples prepared for the OrbiField Help guide. They show the interface without publishing customer records or pictures.
